The location was perfect for our family, just steps away from the Markt where we could explore everything Bruges has to offer. We enjoyed a fantastic evening boat tour along the canals as well, a big hit with our kid.
My kids wished there were more options for breakfast. Having just a few choices didn't sit well .

Cannot find a better location than this place, which is just 1-minute- walk to the central market square. Excellent breakfast, and excellent service. The room is wide and romantic, in an old-style house. The only pity is that the shower is not so hot.

The king room is brand-new and well-appointed. The breakfast is delicious, with bread rolls, yoghurt, cheeses.

missingWrote a review on 17 Octroom maintenance
One of the biggest downsides includes steep, tight staircases leading to the rooms, which can be challenging for those with mobility issues. Rooms lacked basic upkeep. There were loose elements like a crushed night lamp and issues with heating that left the room cold. The breakfast is limited, leading to unnecessary scrutiny if guests seek additional food items. The building's layout often feels cramped, and amenities feel minimized.

A beautiful B & B, Lots of privacy and excellent location walking distance to everything. Room was gorgeous although because its old the floors are very squeeky. We were very impressed with our room and were surprised to find a large two person jacuzzi in our bathroom but it had a coin slot machine to be able to use it and heat the water and there was no price written anywhere, so we did not use it. The man running it was very nice and helpful and spoke good English, breakfast in the Tea Room across the road as part of the room deal was lovely also. Highly recommend this B & B.

The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the bustling Brugge Markt. The room was great with a lovely view of the Belfort Tower from a quaint balcony. Clean and spacious room, and I appreciated the small touches like candy left on the sheets daily. Breakfast impressed me with fresh breads, good coffee, and a variety of choices served on elegant plates. I did encounter a few inconveniences. The TV was not in the bedroom. I prefer it there for evening relaxation. The bathroom felt cramped at times, and a lingering sewer smell disrupted the pleasant atmosphere, likely due to external conditions.

Wonderful staff- exceded our every expectation; we payed for the parking they offer and when we checked out of our room, they offered w/o being prompted to let us keep the car parked for the two more hours that we were staying, and even locked our baggage away for us so we could walk around hands free! The room was just lovely, the bedroom was so tastefully decorated, and both it and the fore room were so much bigger than I expected. Breakfast was so filling (nice pot of coffee left at the table), fresh squeezed orange juice, meat and cheese, and yummy bread. Best experience!

The location was excellent, right in the middle of town and very close to everything.
The room had mouldy carpets and was very hot due to it having no fans or air conditioning. It was very loud being right in the centre but I guess this should be expected. The breakfast was very limited choice wise, basically if you can't eat bread there was no option available. Parking, although available, was incredibly difficult to get into with barely enough width for a normal car, even with the mirrors folded in. To top it off, after we had checked out, the management claimed we had damaged a towel which was untrue and charged us an extra fee.

The staff were very helpfull and pleasent
The accomadation was remote from the dinning room which was in the street around the corner. The bathroom was remote from the bedroom. The bedroom and bath room used key locks that were worn out and took considerable practice and knowledge to operate. This could be a problem in a fire situation. The car park facilitiy was too far away and was over priced at 14 euro per night. The room price was too expensive considering the above points and I would consider it hotel prices for a B&B facility

The B&B is centrally located to the large, very touristy market square in Bruges, which was great because walking to the other sites in the city was very close. The house, itself, where the B&B is located is absolutely amazing for its quaintness. The staff were very friendly and breakfast was standard European fare and good.
